For your consideration an Antique German Pink Pig Hunter Corked Bottle Fairing. The fairing is in good condition with no chips or cracks but it does show signs of wear associated with age. It is unmarked. It measures 3 inches deep and four inches wide and 7 inches tall. The bottle is in the form of a pig with a pipe and gun.
His mouth is a spout from which one can pour out the bottle's contents. His feathered cap has a slightly damaged cork and is removable. He would look fabulous on a bar cart or kitchen counter or as part of a large fairing collection.
These charming porcelain pig-themed keepsakes are called fairings because they were given as prizes at fairs in the late 19th century.
